Operator: Hangzhou Yongan Cultural Creativity Co., Ltd. (“Yongan”, “we”, “us”)

By downloading, accessing, or using Infinite Battle (the “App”) and related services at infinitebattle.tech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Infinite Battle provides language-learning and quiz battle features, including optional AI-assisted topic generation, social features, and in-app purchases. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You may create an account with username/password, email, or Sign in with Apple where available.
You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
You may delete your account in the App. Deletion is permanent for account data we control; Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple’s settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content (including avatars and prompts)
Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
Use automated scraping or cheating that unfairly affects battles or rankings
Circumvent payment, entitlement, or safety systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. AI-generated content

AI features may produce inaccurate or unexpected content. You are responsible for reviewing generated topics before relying on them for learning. Do not submit prompts that request illegal or harmful content.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features (such as VIP) are billed through the Apple App Store (or other storefronts we enable).
Prices, renewal, and cancellation follow Apple’s rules displayed at purchase time.
Consumable credits (if offered) are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or store policy.
We do not store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual property

The App, branding, and our original content are owned by Yongan or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Official word lists and third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Learning outcomes are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yongan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
